Nettle Mint Tincture

I adore nettle, it is dear to my heart and it is one of the first medicine’s we harvest in the spring. It tones and nourishes the blood, it is anti inflammatory, it’s full of vitamins and iron and may offer antihistamine support. We recommend taking it before and during allergy season. Try a dash of it in your favorite warm milk with honey for a nourishing, nummy drink.
