Dance Your Heart Open
Join us for dance where community comes together to explore the transformative power of movement, connection, and healing. This is a loving, accepting, and nonjudgmental environment, dedicated to nurturing authentic self-expression and the freedom to be fully yourself. Through our offerings we create opportunities to journey into the heart space for deep growth, presence, and connection. We dance with the seasons: from spring through fall, we gather outdoors at Clear Heart Sanctuary among the ponderosa pines and fir, and in the winter months, we move indoors in a stunning location at Sleeping Lady called Canyon Wren with epic views of the mountains.
Handcrafted herbal medicines, salves and tinctures
All of our products are made with intention, attunement and prayer. Each offering is born from a place of reverence for the earth. Wildcrafted and garden grown herbs are incorporated into all of my recipes. When formulating my potions, I create from a space of love, listening and intuition. I empower you to develop your own relationship with each medicine as you journey down the plant path.
